Assumption of Risk: Participation in activities at The Golf Barn, including but not limited to utilizing the Toptracer Range, Putt Putt, Classic Driving Range, Pitch and Putt, Glow Golf, and visiting the beer garden, involves inherent risks, including the risk of being struck by golf balls and potential injury. 

Safety Precautions: For your safety and the safety of others, please adhere to the following precautions:

Always be aware of your surroundings and watch for errant golf balls.

Use caution when walking in areas where golfers are swinging clubs.

Follow all posted safety signs and instructions from staff.

Keep a safe distance from other participants, especially during busy times.

Do not enter restricted areas or cross barriers.

Use designated crosswalks and pathways when moving around the premises.

Follow all safety guidelines when consuming alcohol, and do not drink and drive.

Remember, this list may not cover every possible safety consideration, so please use common sense and be mindful of potential risks.

Car Damage: Parking in designated areas only. The Golf Barn is not liable for any damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol consumption is permitted only for individuals aged 21 and above. Proper identification verifying age is required for purchase and consumption of alcohol. The Golf Barn reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification or who appears to be intoxicated.

Release of Liability: The Golf Barn, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants while on the premises.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Golf Barn, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liabilities arising from their use of the facilities.

Food Trucks: Exercise caution when navigating around food trucks on the premises.
